How long does each candle burn?
Our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 45 hours; Spiced Apple, poured in a 9 oz jar, burns closer to 48 hours — as long as you follow the first-burn and wick-trimming guidance on the label.
What's actually in the wax?
100% natural soy wax, a cotton wick, and phthalate-free fragrance oil. No paraffin, no lead, no synthetic dyes. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You'll notice the URL changes to Stripe's secure checkout page when you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3-6 business days within the continental US. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
Unlit, unopened candles can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll replace it at no cost.
Do you offer a refill program?
Yes. Send back an empty jar (any scent) and we'll send a refill pouch at 20% off — details are on our About page.
Are your candles safe around pets?
Soy wax itself is non-toxic, but any open flame should be kept away from pets and out of reach of paws and tails. Always burn on a stable, heat-safe surface.
